THÔNG BÁO
về việc tuyển sinh Cao đẳng, Trung cấp năm học 2021 – 2022; Ngành Chăm sóc và nuôi dưỡng trẻ

Trường Cao đẳng Bách khoa Nam Sài Gòn là Trường công lập trực thuộc ủy ban nhân dân Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Căn cứ Giấy chứng nhận số 12a/2020/GCNĐKBS- TCGDNN ngày 03/6/2021 về đăng kí bổ sung hoạt động giáo dục nghề nghiệp, Trường Cao đẳng Bách khoa Nam Sài Gòn thông báo tuyển sinh hệ Cao đẳng, Trung cấp ngành Chăm sóc và nuôi dưỡng trẻ như sau:
I. Hệ trung cấp:
1. Thông tin ngành:
Mã ngành: 5760204
Tên ngành: Chăm sóc và nuôi dưỡng trẻ
2. Đối tượng tuyển sinh: tốt nghiệp THCS hoặc tương đương trở lên.
3. Điều kiện xét tuyển:
3.1. Về học lực: Xét tổng điểm trung bình cả năm môn Toán và môn Ngữ Văn học bạ lớp cuối cấp: Đạt 10 điểm trở lên
3.2. về hạnh kiểm: Hạnh kiểm năm cuối cấp xếp loại Khá trở lên.
4. Đào tạo:
+ Thời gian đào tạo: 2 năm, theo hình thức tích lũy tín chỉ (quy định tại thông tư 09/2017/TT-BLĐTBXH ngày 13 tháng 3 năm 2017)
+ Đào tạo chương trình văn hóa dành cho học sinh Trung cấp (theo quy định tại thông tư 16/2010/TT-BGDĐT ngày 28 tháng 6 năm 2010) song song với chương trình Trung cấp nghề;
+ Sau khi hoàn thành chương trình trung cấp và khối lượng kiến thức văn hóa phổ thông, học sinh được học liên thông lên bậc cao đẳng, đại học theo quy định.
5. Hồ sơ xét tuyển:
+ Phiếu đăng kí tuyển sinh Trung cấp (theo mẫu);
+ Bản sao y chứng thực bằng tốt nghiệp THCS, hoặc giấy chứng nhận tốt nghiệp tạm thời;
+ Bản sao y chứng thực học bạ THCS.
II. Hệ cao đẳng
1. Thông tin ngành

Mã ngành: 6760204
Tên ngành: Chăm sóc và nuôi dưỡng trẻ
2. Đối tượng tuyển sinh: tốt nghiệp THPT hoặc tương đương trở lên.
3. Điều kiện xét tuyển:
– Tốt nghiệp THPT hoặc  Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp và hoàn thành chương trình văn hóa phổ thông.
4. Đào tạo:
+ Thời gian đào tạo: 2,5 năm, theo hình thức tích lũy tín chỉ (quy định tại thông tư 09/2017/TT-BLĐTBXH ngày 13 tháng 3 năm 2017)
5. Hồ sơ xét tuyển:
+ Phiếu đãng kí tuyển sinh Cao đẳng (theo mẫu);
+ Bản sao y chứng thực bằng tốt nghiệp THPT hoặc tương đương trở lên;
+ Bản sao y chứng thực học bạ THPT hoặc Giấy chứng nhận hoàn thành chương trình vãn hóa phổ thông.
III. Thời gian nhận hồ sơ:
+ Đợt 1: Từ ngày ra thông báo đến hết ngày 15/08/2021.
+ Đợt 2: Từ ngày 16/08/2021 đến hết ngày 15/09/2021.
+ Đợt 3: (Dự kiến) từ ngày 16/09/2021 đến 31/12/2021.
